• Been using Ally as my hub for a while. Did a push to my Albert account on the 14th, said it deposited 1/17 but didn’t see it. Contact ally support and they said it was a Zelle transfer and they had issues with those. I said no it was ACH. Then the agent said my linked Albert account was suspended and they’d have to open a support case. Quite annoying
